We all have mental health, how is your mental health today? Just like our physical health, sometimes it's not so good. 

If life feels a bit too overwhelming and you are struggling with your emotions then counselling may help.

I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counselling. It is important to me that you feel welcome and comfortable. I offer acceptance and empathy in a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel supported and heard.

Whether your experiencing the breakdown of a relationship, a bereavement, feeling anxious or depressed or just want to talk to someone who won’t judge, I believe I can help. Together we can explore the challenges you are facing and help to make sense of what you are feeling; so that you may be able to lead a more authentic and happier life.

As well as face to face therapy in Dartford and Longfield,  I also offer online and telephone counselling.
