About

My name is Natalie and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. I am an accredited member of the BACP and I work to their ethical framework which can be found on their website www.bacp.co.uk

I am covered by Professional Liability insurance and am GDPR compliant.

From personal experience I understand how difficult and overwhelming life can be, I also understand that it can be daunting seeking help through counselling.

I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counselling.

As well as my private practice, I also work for a charity providing counselling for survivors of Domestic Abuse, Anxiety and PTSD. I also volunteer as a counsellor for my local hospice, counselling those that are facing a bereavement, are bereaved or have a terminal illness.

Prior to my counselling training I became a befriender with SANDS where I  helped to facilitate support groups for those affected by the loss of a baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
