Counselling is not about being told what you should or shouldn't do. It is a personal process, at the heart of which is the therapeutic relationship.
I believe that being heard in a confidential, emphatic and non judgemental space is the foundation of all good therapy.
It is important to me that you feel comfortable and safe so I offer an initial free telephone consultation. This gives you an opportunity to see how you feel talking to me.
As an integrative counsellor I draw on several models including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Behavioural Theory. This allows me to personalise each counselling session to meet your individual needs.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and there is no restriction on the number of sessions you can have.
